Securities and Exchange Commission: Approved the FAIS Group newspaper to introduce its shares into ATHEX

In the approval of the FAIS Group newsletter, the Board of Directors proceeded Securities and Exchange Commissionwhich relates to the import of the company’s shares into Athens Stock Exchange.

According to the announcement, the Board of Directors of the Securities and Exchange Commission decided to approving the content of the company’s “FISH PARTICIPATION COMPANY” Preference of existing shareholders and the introduction to the regulated market of the Athens Stock Exchange of all 45,502,500 shares of the company.

The Securities and Exchange Commission also decided to approve the request of “Masdar Hellas SA”. for the exercise of the right of the acquisition (squeeze-out) on the shares of the company “TERNA ENERGY ANONYMATICAL COMPANY”, in accordance with article 27 of Law 3461/2006.
