Panic at Palma de Mallorca Airport in Spain, when alarm was heard for fire on an aircraft of Ryanair during the take -off process.

According to Daily Mailfrom the panic shortly after midnight on Friday (04.07.2025), a total of 18 people were injured, six of whom had to be taken to a nearby hospital to provide first aid.
In a statement, Ryanair speaks of “slight injuries”, including some sprains.
In the same announcement, it is clarified that the panic was caused by the wrong alarm.
“The flight from Palma (ed. De Majorca) to Manchester has cut off the take -off process due to incorrect fire notice. During the evacuation a small number of passengers was slightly injured and the crew requested medical assistance. To minimize the disruption of passengers, we scheduled a replacement aircraft that departed from Palma at 7:05 on Saturday morning (05.07.2025). We apologize to the affected passengers, ”concludes the British airline’s announcement.
