Israeli soldiers threw warning shots today (27/5/25), in an area outside the Rafa Humanitarian Distribution Center, while thousands of Palestinians were crowded to pick up a few food in the Gauze.
The Israeli army said it was not “air fire”, that the situation was under control and the distribution “is expected to continue as planned”. The new “Gaza Humanitarian Foundation” (GHF) supported by the US and operating these newly established distribution centers said that it was such a cosmopolitan that its employees were forced to “withdraw a small number of people from Gaza”.
Pictures of frightened citizens running panic -stricken, making the world around the world through social media.
BREAKING | The US-Israeli backed Gaza Humanitarian Foundation opened fire on civilians after losing control over its so-called aid distribution point in west Rafah, with armed personnel responding by shooting instead of managing the crowd properly.

The “invasion” of the “thousands of hungry” distribution center is proof that the efforts made by Israel to provide humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip by overtaking the United Nations “failed miserably” Hamas’s press office.
“I was standing in the queue at a distribution point in Rafa, along with hundreds of my fellow citizens, and suddenly a large number of people began to push to get in,” said Aiman Abu Zayd. “This was done because of the lack of help and delay in distribution, so they tried to get in to get what they could,” he added.
At some point shots were heard and “it was very scary, people began to break up, but some continued to try to get to help, despite the danger,” the man said.
UN spokesman Stefan Duzarick described the plans as “sparactly” with the thousands of Palestinians invading the distribution center. “We and our partners have a detailed, moral, functionally safe plan, which is supported by the Member States to provide assistance to the desperate population. We continue to emphasize that substantial humanitarian companies are needed to meet the needs of all citizens, wherever they are, “he added.
The spokesman noted that Israel still allows the UN to convey help to Gaza but “under extremely difficult conditions, with many obstacles”.

Until today (27/5/25) in the afternoon, the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) reported that it had distributed 8,000 boxes of food, equivalent to 462,000 meals, after an almost quarterly exclusion of the Palestinian enclave.
GHF said the volume of people who rushed to the distribution area was so large that at some point his team was forced to retire to let them “safely get the help and dissolve” and avoid victims. He also argued that people have delayed “many hours” to reach the space because of “the exclusions imposed by Hamas”.
Hundreds of Palestinians, including women and children, some pedestrians, others with donkeys, flocked to one of the distribution centers in Rafa, which is fully controlled by the Israeli army to receive the parcels. Footage, which the Reuters agency was unable to verify, show people passing through a corridor surrounded by barbed wire and entering a large, open space where help is stacked. Shortly afterwards, photos posted on social media websites show much of the fence being demolished as people were crowded to pass.
Some Palestinians showed the contents of parcels: rice, flour, canned beans, pasta, olive oil, cookies and sugar.

Although the aid was available on Monday, the Palestinians appear to have been afraid of warnings – including Hamas – for biometric controls that would take place at the Foundation’s distribution areas.
“No matter how much I want to go, because I’m hungry and my kids are hungry, I’m scared,” said 55 -year -old Abu Ahmed, the father of seven children. I’m very scared because they say that the company (GHF) belongs to Israel and is mercenary and also because the resistance (Hamas) said not to go, “he said in a message he sent with the WhatsApp app.
Israel says that GHF based in Switzerland is a US -backed initiative and that its forces will not be mixed with distribution centers where they will share food. But many question the neutrality of the foundation, such as its former head, who resigned on Sunday.
The Israeli army said that four distribution centers have been built throughout the enclave and that two of them, in the Rafa area, operate today and “distribute parcels with food to thousands of families in the Gaza Strip”.
Israeli officials say the advantage of the new system is that it gives the opportunity to control the recipients and to exclude those related to Hamas. Humanitarian organizations informed of the Foundation’s plans said that anyone who has access to help should go through face recognition machines. Many Palestinians are afraid that the system will be used by the Israelis to identify and target them. The details of exactly how the system will work have not been made public.
The United Nations and other international humanitarian organizations boycott the GHF, considering that it undermines the principle that humanitarian aid should share regardless of the side that everyone supports in a conflict and based on needs. “Humanitarian aid should not be politicized or militarized,” said Christian Cardon, a spokesman for the Red Cross International Committee.
Israel imposed a complete exclusion of Gaza in early March, accusing Hamas of stealing the supplies and using them to strengthen her position. Hamas denies the charges.
Hamas, who has been facing the protests of many Palestinians in recent months who want the devastating war to end, also warned residents not to reach GHF distribution sites because Israel is using the Foundation to collect information.
