“No” was “Yes” to dignity and Freedom, notes the former prime minister in his message for October 28 Antonis Samaras, adding “I hope we never forget it and look worthy of it.”
The entire message of Mr. Samaras is as follows:
“85 years ago, an entire people said a single word – which remained in History: NO to Submission! He did not count on “international correlations” even if everything was against him. And he fought for ten years, he went through everything, he bled, but he remained standing.
That NO to Submission was YES to Dignity and Freedom!
Because that’s what we learned to do.
And we don’t know anything else.
I hope we never forget it.
And let’s show ourselves worthy of him…”
