Sakellaropoulou: I never received recorded records from the meeting of political leaders in 2015

The minutes of the Council of Political Leaders one day after the critical referendum of 2015 was reported by the Former President of the Republic Katerina Sakellaropoulou.

Ms. Sakellaropoulou in an interview with the Weekend’s News commented on the issue that has been a concern for the political life of the country in recent weeks, on the minutes of the meeting of political leaders the day after the referendum in 2015.

“I never received the audio of the practices,” he says, speaking to “NEWS”, just a week after the publication of part of the practices and the reactions that followed.

It is recalled that Alexis Tsipras has recently requested that all Council minutes be released with the current President of the Republic Costas Tasoula responding that this is not possible as it is confidential and that the meeting of political leaders is an informal body.

Pavlopoulos’s response to Sakellaropoulou

Shortly afterwards, Ms. Sakellaropoulou’s predecessor Prokopis Pavlopoulos responded, confirming what she was saying, as she said, handed over the minutes of transcribed, as they were not accompanied by a sound.

“I have repeatedly stated that then they were practically kept and transmitted in writing to the Presidency of the Republic, but not accompanied, in any way, by a corresponding audio presumption,” he said.
