The Russians come to the polls on Thursday night (16.09.2021), for the parliamentary elections elections which will take place over a period of three days, as the first polling stations in the Far East opened (Friday morning, local time), in a process from which the main critics of the Kremlin have been excluded.
“Let’s start!” said, giving the kick-off, the chairwoman of the Central Election Commission, Ella Pamfilova, in her meeting that was broadcast live on the Internet.
THE Russia extends to eleven different hourly shafts. The areas of Kamchatka and Tsukotska, in the Russian Far East, were the first to open the polls, at 8 am on Friday, local time (23.00 on Thursday, Greek time).
