The Ministry of Defense in Russia announced that Ukrainian forces had been blasted ammonia pipeline near the settlement Ukraine.
“To slow down the advance of Russia’s Armed Forces units … The Army in Ukraine has narrowed a branch of the Ammonia Pipeline Togliatti-Odesa,” the defense ministry said in a statement to Telegram.
This resulted in “the release of ammonia residues through the damaged section”, but there were no casualties among the Russian forces, the statement said.
At the same time, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said today that there are currently no reason to restart the Zaporizia nuclear power plant under the control of Russia and located in southern Ukraine, the news agency reported.

The station currently depends on backup generators, after the destruction of an external power line during battles.
