KKE: Euro -Law makes a rag even Article 16
The CoE’s invocation to EU law confirms that commercialization – privatization And the degradation of studies has the stamp of EU reactionary policy that converts HEIs into a diploma supermarket and students into customers. This is the “European acquis” in which all parties except KKE agree.
This Euro -based fair It even raises Article 16 of the Constitution, which explicitly provides that higher education is provided exclusively by public institutions. It sets the ground for the forthcoming constitutional review in an even more reactionary direction that must encounter the decisive reaction of students and the whole people.
The invocation of providing high -level higher education by private colleges baptized ”universities“And in the academic freedom determined by the profitability of the diplomas traders, it causes the intelligence of the Greek people who have majority against the unacceptable law of the ND.
The only “freedom” they recognize is that of monopolies to decide the orientation of science and research, to exploit the infrastructure and staff of public and private universities for the benefit of their profits, even for war purposes.
OR KNE It will continue to lead the race along with students and students, students, the educational community for a modern, exclusively public and free university, for diplomas with value and science in the service of social needs.
To overthrow the policy of the EU and the Greek governments that deprives the oxygen and the perspective of young people and young people.
Nassos Iliopoulos: Circus justice
Banana Country – Justice Circus
The CoE found the establishment of private HEIs constitutionally. Obviously the Constitution is now a small detail in the country.
But what does the Constitution specifically say?
Let’s look at Article 16:
P5 “Higher Education is provided exclusively by institutions that are legal entities public law”
P8 “The establishment of Higher Schools by individuals is prohibited”.
Simply put, the CoE decided that the “exclusively” and “forbid” is not exactly the case and may mean something different from what a 1st grade student understands.
Perhaps a small detail is that many of the members of the CoE who participated in the decision have aspirations to climb the hierarchy next time. But this would only be said by a malicious person who does not believe in independent Greek justice.
The next step for government policy will be the introduction of tuition fees to public HEIs, something different will be a “distortion of competition” with colleges that have now been baptized.
Because as Mr Mitsotakis had said, “a child from Peristeri can become a refrigerator” and so we do not need public universities openly, as much as possible, for all children.
ND policy is a policy of looting and destroying every social and public space. It is up to us to stop them.
