The two sides jointly bought the Village Shopping & More shopping center in Rentis Attica for 14.1 million. euro. The common goal is to upgrade the complex and to create in the wider area a model Sports and Entertainment Center which will be a meeting point for families with children and young people, in fact the vacant spaces that exist will be re-leased immediately.

With the acquisition of the Village Shopping & More shopping center in Rentis, the financial position of the listed company is also expected to be positively affected and Premia’s 2024 results will increase by approximately one million euros. As part of the agreement, Mr. Costas Markazos, CEO of Premia said: “This transaction is another strategic partnership for Premia with very valuable partners that will enhance the size and diversification of our portfolio as well as the company’s revenues.”

However, the listed company months ago entered into another agreement, which concerns its expansion into tourism. Specifically, having a deal of 112.5 million euro will soon officially acquire the 4-star Sunwing Kallithea Beach in Kallithea, Rhodes and the 4-star Sunwing Makrigialos & Ocean Beach Club in Ierapetra from NLTG HH Greece, simultaneously collaborating with the Swedish giant in the field of tourism, Nordic Leisure Travel Group. However, its goal is to acquire other hotels, which will mainly be aimed at mass tourism and not luxury.

Premia, however, aims to create other student residences in five different cities in Greece, which do not include Athens and Thessaloniki, as it has identified the large gap that exists in this sector. In addition, the new student residence “Unity Smart Living” was recently inaugurated in Xanthi, which already hosts 102 students studying at the Democritus University of Thrace. It is the only private student residence, which offers state-of-the-art facilities that include fully furnished rooms, designed to offer ideal living conditions.

The Xanthi student residences are built according to European standards, offering direct access to public transport and the university’s facilities. Each room has a balcony, while common and surrounding areas include a library/reading room, playroom, washers/dryers, and more. In addition, the premises are equipped with security and access systems that ensure the protection of the tenants.

A well-known super market chain will soon operate on the ground floor of the building, making the students’ stay even more convenient, as it fully meets their needs and greatly facilitates their daily life.

Finally, the company has made a big opening in wine tourism, in this context the investment of 10 million is “running”. euros with TEMES. The agreement envisages the development of the Navarino Vineyards located in Costa Navarino, Messinia. The Hellenic Wineries SA company will also participate in the investment plan.
