Praktiker Hellas seems to be changing the owner after 11 years, as information wants to be sold to Romanian Paval Holdings.
Romanian Paval Holding is gaining the Praktiker chain, following an agreement with the Canadian Fairfax Investment Club and many interested parties had appeared in the past.
The agreement is considered particularly complex, but it brings significant goodwill to Fairfax, which is derived from Praktiker, having gained significant benefits from its participation. At the same time, it is a recognition of the positive work done by the Praktiker administrative team in recent years, leading the company to steady growth.
