Among other things, it was reported that the four cases with which the tax rents will not be taken into account are whether it has been issued against the lessee:

- Court of Appeal or no rental of rent
- If the elimination or lease is filed with a lawsuit
According to Ertnews, the chairman of the Panhellenic Association of Rentalists, Angelos Skiadas, spoke about the despair in which the tenants are in his own part, who challenges the rapid increase in unpaid rentals.
“There are some cases,” Mr Skiadas says, making it clear that they are due to the irrational rents demanded by property owners. “They are forced to accept these excessive rents, they are forced to limit other expenses to be able to cope with the rent,” demanding that the “strategic badgers” not be flagged, stressing that the problem is excessive rents.
