Two applications were discussed in Parliament yesterday to remove the immunity of Chania MP and SYRIZA-PS Transparency Division Paul Polaki Both after corresponding lawsuits filed by Mrs Linou and Mr Kasselakis for slander. With these two, applications for the removal of the immunity of Chania MP reached a total of 12, a record that will remain in the country’s parliamentary history forever!
It has now been shown that in terms of Polakis cases, justice is moving at speeds that have no precedent. It is indicative that on 25/9/2024 Pavlos Polakis was filed by Mrs Linou and there is no newer one, while the lawsuit filed by Mrs Linou 3 months later has led to the lifting of the immunity of the MP.
In the case of Mrs Linou, the MP of Chania reported among others:
Mrs Linou’s completely hypocritical and delayed crying was that put me in second thoughts and that made me start searching to find out that:
Mrs Linou has a company with her husband, AMKE Prolepsis. AMKE Prolepsis is based in a large building, in an expensive area, owned by the single -person company KEENEK SA, which also belongs to Mrs Linou. That is, Mrs Linou’s AMKE paid a rent of about € 4,800 a month to her own company, even stating the rent on the costs of grants she received from the State (a few days after this revelation, rushed to declare a change of headquarters).
1/10/2009 AMKE Prolepsis signed a contract of € 469,000 for a new epidemiological study in the Municipality of Oinofyta. 7 years of time (2009-2017)

These public procurement does not listed which schools are involved, nor even the “lunch” standards. However, it is foreseen for the first time in time that: “After the expiry of the completion of the project completion card, the appropriate receipt of the entire project is presumed to be presumed.”

In the case of Mr Kasselakis, the MP of Chania reported, among other things,:
For me, the reason in this case was the story of his father who came to the surface and who had hidden a house in an offshore. This was found by the audit and resulted in a fine of about 5m euros which was up to 9-10m euros over the years. There is a court ruling that says the amount must be paid and Father Kasselakis replies, “But I don’t owe me, the company owes” the offshore. And who’s behind offshore? He and his wife. This shows that a man is ruthless and was a bell for me.
Mr Kasselakis became obliged to deposit “wherever you are” in October 2023, so he had to declare what he had in 2023. This was a few days before the European elections of 2024, released then (Excel) and of course. At least I believed him he had a company, Osios. For this company it was recently condemned, but the problem is not only there. His wherever you were published was finally published in October 2024 during the election of SYRIZA President.
As it was revealed below, when Mr Kasselakis was obliged to deposit “wherever you are”, he owned Osios, but at the same time participated through it with a small percentage in a larger boat management company, the so -called Tiptree Marine in which he was CEO. But he did not say that through Tiptree and Osios he was involved in many other companies, such as Tiptree Marine Holdings LLC in the Marshall Islands, Winchester Shipping Inc. In the Marshall Islands, Thestelia Shipping Inc. In the Marshall Islands, Stilianos Shipping in the Marshall Islands, Osios David Shipping in the Marshall Islands, Nebraska Harvest Shipping on the Marshall Islands, Tiptree Marine in Florida, Swiftbulk LLC in the Marshall Islands, TM Lobsting etc.
So he deposits “wherever you are” in Greece on 30/6/2024, shortly before the European elections, where he says he owns only Osios, which he later sold. First mistake, as the items are incomplete. When did he give it, to whom he gave it and at what price he does not mention it.
Secondly, he said he was only CEO in Tiptree, and were in no more than two others he did not mention, in which he was involved.
It is noteworthy that, a few days later, (03/07/2024) in a application he filed in New York calling for money from Tiptree, he clearly states that he is CEO in all other companies.
As everyone understands, there was no chance of being elected president of SYRIZA someone involved with companies based in the Marshall islands. Unfortunately, all these items came afterwards and this mistake was paid dearly.
