Finally, the minister points out that Greece “today is finally ceasing to be an exception to a global educational rule. The coexistence of the public university with non -profit universities enhances academic competitiveness, the attraction of investment for research, innovation and international cooperation. “

The decision of the Council of State that considers Constitutional Law 5094/24 on the installation and operation of non -state non -profit universities in our country, is a justification for our will to overthrow walls, to break rooted taboos, to overcome our opinions and to give us more choices and more options.
