The fungi The legs, such as the “athlete’s foot” that usually begins between the fingers, are mainly created because of moisture, high temperature and poor air circulation.
In addition, fungi thrive in warm and humid environments, as the moisture formed by excessive sweating favors the growth of germs, while the legs cannot “breathe” properly and when we wear closed shoes.
However, fungi are also transmitted through contaminated surfaces (such as shower, changing rooms or pools) if we walk barefoot.
For this reason, it is important that you do not forget to keep your feet clean, but also dry well after the shower.
However, there are natural solutions that you can follow in your home to get rid of fungi on the feet.
Hydrogen peroxide (oxygen)
You can mix oxyzene with water and soak your feet in the mixture. This way you can prevent the infection from spreading. It is sufficient for 100 ml oxygen in 1 liter of distilled water.
This solution can be used to soak your legs every morning and evening for 20 minutes.
Sodium carbonate (crystalline soda)
In general, be sure to avoid nylon and synthetic shoes and socks.
However, if you need to wear closed shoes, you can eliminate the bacteria by making a solution of cold water and sodium acid (3: 1 ratio) and apply it on a daily basis on your feet.
Cornmeal
Corn starch is a product that can absorb moisture from your feet, destroying the environment that favors the growth of bacteria and fungi. Make a mixture, using half a teaspoon of sweet corn starch and a small amount of hot water. Heat the mixture to 100 degrees Celsius until darker.
After first cleaning your feet, apply this mixture, and allow it to act for a few minutes. Then rinse with plenty of water.
