THE Paul Fyssas34 -year -old hip -hop musician known as Killah P.he is cold -blooded in Keratsini by George Roupakia, a member of the Golden Dawn. The crime shocked public opinion, highlighted the criminal practices of the Nazi organization and triggered judicial developments that led to the highest trial in Greek.
Paul Fyssas: From Perama to the music scene
Born in 1979 in Perama from a working family, Paul Fyssas grew up in the atmosphere of the shipbuilding zone. He worked in similar work before passionately turned to music. Nicknamed Killah P. He collaborated with artists such as Dimitris Mentzelos from the Half -berry and participated in collections and concerts throughout Greece.
His lyrics were not limited to music fun. They were talking about fascism, refugees, the assassination of Alexander Grigoropoulos and Carlo Julian. Without belonging to a political lineup, he had active antifascist action.
The fateful night in Keratsini
On the night of September 17, 2013, Fyssas and his girlfriend went to a Keratsini cafeteria to see the Olympiacos -Paris Saint -Germain race. There was a quarrel, which soon turned into ambush. Members of the Golden Dawn local organization were notified and rushed to the spot.
Shortly after midnight, George Roupakias stabbed Fyssa on his chest. The musician ended up in the Nice General State. Shortly before he frozen, he prevented him to name his killer.
Police, phone calls and Golden Dawn
According to the case file, the night of the murder were recorded dozens of telephone communications Golden Dawn executives – even with its leader Nikos Michaloliakos. Although the party denied any relationship with Rupakia, bonds were revealed that the Golden Dawn was acting as a criminal organization with a paramilitary structure.
The first reactions: rage on the streets
