Patras: “I never argued that I came from a 36 -hour call,” the doctor stresses after the train accident

Dr. Vivi Loukopoulou proceeded in clarification on her on -call collision of the car driven by passing train to PatrOh, at noon on Good Saturday.

“I never argued that I came from a 36 -hour call, as some have reproduced for their own reasons,” “I will not allow my family to continue and at the expense of my family,” she clarifies.

In her post on her Facebook account, she says:

It is the moment when the whole life passes in front of your eyes. This is the moment you brought you, what the time didn’t bring you all … up, down!

Overthrow, pain, test. It is the moment when you face yourself, discovering your strength and endurance. At the moment, although you know that the road will be long … you feel endless gratitude.

Where do you live to see your children, your husband, your loved ones, you just had a second chance …

From the bed of the Surgical Clinic of Patras University Hospital and while I am in the recovery stage, knowing the difficulties of restoring my health, and because many were heard, they were said and written about the conditions of the accident I had by train, years.

“I never argued that I came from a 36 -hour call, as some have reproduced for their own reasons. On Good Friday I was on -call at the Patras Pathology Clinic “Ag. Andreas ”, in which I serve when I am not entrusted to another Nursing Institute of our Health District. It is a fact that either you work on the on -call 14 hours (mixed), or you work 24 hours (active) when you do 6 or 8 or even 10 on -call each month and also send you “every three or so” to another hospital, except for many of us – the fatigue is inevitable. Also, let’s not forget that the psychosomatic stress that the on -call doctor exists is not a “symptom of the moment” but is a result of the NHS pathogens of timeless pathogens, no matter how many people want to “close their eyes” and defend … attacking.

The circumstances of the accident I had are under investigation and I am sure that the competent authorities will take into account all the data.

Until then, however, I will not allow my family to continue and at the expense of my family, the pressure and the inexpensive controversy. In any case, I thank God for being here today, who was not injured and I have people around me who love me and support me.

Finally, I would like to thank with all my heart the PGNP medical and nursing staff for care, as well as all the good colleagues in the Patras General Hospital “Ag. Andreas ”for their interest. What matters is to restore my health. Happy birthday, Christ Risen!
