It was formed in a body, by decision of the Speaker of Parliament, Nikita Kaklamani, The Special Parliamentary Committee To conduct a preliminary examination for the possible commitment by the former Minister of Infrastructure and Transport, Costa Ah. Karamanlis, of the “breach of duty” on the case of Tempi.
Specifically, Mr. Kaklamanis decided:
4 For the possible commitment by Mr. Karamanlis Constantine of Achilles, Former Minister of Infrastructure and Transport of the offense of “breach of duty (259 CC) and in particular during the period from September 2021 to 28.2.2023, In violation of Article 40 (3) of Law 4974/2022 and for the purpose of provoking economic damage to the Societe Anonyme under the name “Railway Organization of Greece SA” “and in accordance with the proposal.
