Law 4572/18 was granted by TETHA and the Ministry of Finance of 29 acres
The tender for the promotion of the contractor for the preparation of the special spatial plan of the new stadium, which was submitted to the relevant Ministries, with the aim of issuing the Presidential Decree.
The competition for the contractor was held to prepare the concept of the new stadium.
Following a long and coordinated effort by PAOK PAE, the PD for the new Toumpa was issued, which includes new conditions of construction, new land use and sets the framework for the construction of the new PAOK stadium and the formation of the surrounding area.
Immediately after the publication of the PD, the Salfo – Populus consortium was elected.
They have been prepared, delivered and are at our disposal the following: topographic diagram, master plan, business plan and architectural studies.

The maturation of studies, static, geotechnical, electromechanical and surroundings.
Consultation with the technical services of the Region of Central Macedonia and the Municipality of Thessaloniki.
Approved decisions by relevant ministries.
Contact with UEFA and cooperation with the competent department, which operates consulting in the construction of new stadiums, so that the new Toumpa meets specific specifications.
Contest to build the project
