THE Panathinaikos is getting ready to enter his new “devil’s week” in Euroleaguestarting with tomorrow’s match at home in Paris (11.11.2025, 22:00), but again having significant absences.
Kenneth Farid passed the necessary medical tests and will follow Panathinaikos’ mission to Paris – and to the away match against Real Madrid – but at the same time it became known that Omer Yurtseven will not get on the plane, even though initially there were few hopes.
The Turkish center has not overcome the problem that is bothering him and – given that Farid was acquired – Ergin Ataman preferred not to risk and leave him in Athens.
Thus, Panathinaikos will be deprived of Yurceven’s services this week as well, having only the newcomer Kenneth Farid in the front line, with the Turk’s return expected for the coming week.
