According to the decision of the Three-Member Criminal Appeal Court of Thessaloniki, due to his age, the sentence is served at home.
However, by the same decision, the execution of the sentence was stayed until the Court of Appeal. Under these circumstances, he remains free until the case is tried in the second instance.
