To date, the total number of successful arrangements is 33,432 and the total value of regulated debts of EUR 10.90 billion. It is an increase of 117% compared to March 2024 when the total successful arrangements were 15,408 and the regulated debts were worth € 5.52 billion.

At the same time, through the out -of -court mechanism, debts to the State (Tax Office, KEAOs, etc.) and financial institutions (banks, services, etc.) were deleted over € 3.4 billion. Specifically, the average haircut for debts to the State is 15% and is 30.4% for financial bodies. Finally, about 1 in 2 debt arrangements to financial institutions received a debt of more than 30% through the out -of -court.
