The Telecommunications Organization of Greece SA (OTE), announced today (1.10.2025) that the sale of Telekom Romania Mobile Communications (TKRM).
Upon completion of the sale, Vodafone Romania acquires the full percentage of OTE in TKRM (100% minus 7 shares owned by Sn Radiocomunicații), and Digi Romania the cardboard industry, certain sets of spectrum, as well as part of the TKRM Base Station Station. The total price for the sale of TKRM amounted to € 70 million.
Net revenue, after adjustments at completion, such as net debt, capital capital and other costs & expenses/forecasts, amounted to around € 40 million, which will be distributed to shareholders.
OTE will announce the details of the extraordinary remuneration to its shareholders in the financial results of the third quarter (November 13, 2025), under the condition of receiving the required approvals by the relevant corporate bodies.
