Opel Cascada engines

The new Opel cabrio is expected in our country in the first half of 2013, when the sun will make its presence felt in the Greek sky.

The Cascada is 4.7m long, has a fabric roof and promises real room for 4 passengers. We break down Opel’s mid-size cabrio engine range and tell you the average fuel consumption of each version.

As we informed you from last November, the basic petrol engine is the 1.4 turbo with 120 and 140 PS. In both cases the average consumption is 6.3 lt/100 km and the emissions are 148 g. CO2. The new 1.6 SIDI Turbo ECOTEC will premiere. It produces 170 PS and a maximum torque of 28.6 kgm using overboost, while it is combined with both automatic and manual transmission, 6 speeds.

The Cascada shows the same average consumption and emissions as the smaller units (6.3 lt/100 km and 148 g/km).
