Continues the confrontation Among the president of the “Freedom Freedom” Zoe Konstantopoulou and the Deputy Minister under Prime Minister George Mylonakis, focusing on the briefing he allegedly had the latter about the OPEKEP scandal.
Mr. Mylonakis categorically denied that he had knowledge or access to the case file:
“I did not inform anyone and I was not aware of their dumps and content, neither about it nor any other case file. This is the truth. “
He admitted, however, that he received a “internal note” on the course of the case, which he described as “non paper”, rejecting complaints that this was an official memorandum.
“There was no memorandum. This document is not a document, because it does not have the typical features – it does not have a protocol and a recipient. His author is not an OPECEPE official, but our partner in the presidency of the government. “
The placement of the Deputy Minister has raised new questions, as – according to recent reports – he allegedly had privileged access to the development of researchlong before the case file arrives in the House.
Finally, Mr Mylonakis’ reference to possible surveillance causes the sense of the way in question:
“He sent it to me on my cell phone and raises questions about how some people advertise they own it.”
Zoe Konstantopoulou, for her part, accuses the government of attempting to hocked the scandal and display as “informal” documents that constitute a clear briefing by the prime ministerial team on an ongoing investigation.
