Excerpts from the dialogues included in case file of the European Public Prosecutor’s Office for the OPECEPE which was forwarded to Parliament on Wednesday, June 25, presents protothema.gr.
It is noted that the European Public Prosecutor’s Office for OPEKEPE has more than 3,000 pages and the file is accompanied by a document of about 34 pages that is a summary of the case file and is drawn up by the competent official of the European Public Prosecutor’s Office Popi Papandreou. However, Ms Papandreou, according to information, has not transmitted to the House all the talks, but only those who at her discretion have criminal value.

According to the ESP records as presented in the case file by the SYRIZA MP Vassilis Kokkalis appears to have 3 telephone conversations with the then OPECEPE President Kyriakos Babasidis.
The first on 11/11/24. The quote in the case file states: “MP Kokkalis tells Babasidis that he has contacted OPEKEPE’s director earlier and with a manager of OPEKEPE for his own issue and asks Babasides to invite him to Viber”
For the second contact on 14/11/24 it is mentioned “Kokkalis sends a written message to Babasidis and asks to quotation marks not to forget him”
For the third contact on 16/11/24 it is noted: “KOKKALIS refers to a man with a surname saying … Babasidis replies to find La … and his rights to be paid”.
