The rapporteur of the KKE, Maria Komninaka, launched a fierce attack against the former Ministers of Rural Development, Maki Voridis and Spiliou Avgenakis, in the House debate on the Establishment of OPECEPE Pre -Trial Committee For the above -mentioned politicians. The Member of Parliament spoke of Clear indications of synergy and morally in criminal infidelityas they arise from the European Public Prosecutor’s case file.
Ms Komninaka accused the New Democracy of “inspired a” laundry “process to avoid a criminal investigation of ministerial responsibilities. According to her, the selection of the Inquiry Committee pushes to the limitation of acts, especially those concerning the term of office of Mr Voridis.

Maria Komninaka also addressed the parties of SYRIZA and PASOK, who are complaining about concealment. “Didn’t you know this when you refused the KKE’s proposal to abolish Article 86 and the law on the responsibility of ministers?” He asked them, implying that the current framework “suited” all parties when they were in government.
Finally, the rapporteur of the KKE referred to the case of two OPEKEPE presidents, who, as he justifiably complained, resigned by ministerial order at the time they tried to set strict conditions for subsidies, such as the demand for powerful ownership securities. Special reference made to the ‘Outstanding irrational distribution of pasture’ signed by Mr Voridis in 2019, with 60% ending in Crete, applying the “European Patent of Technical Solution”, even after the reasons imposed it had disappeared.
