Since Thursday (4.9.2025) the process of redistributing the unmoved card For social tourism, thermal tourism, excursions and theater programs from the Ministry of Social Cohesion and Family and the Supervised Organization of Welfare and Social Solidarity (OPECA).
The redistribution is made in order of priority and concerns those beneficiaries who did not receive their reports by August 30, as well as those who were not initially drawn.
Beneficiaries can receive their reports from the KEPs, following a specific procedure, which ensures the transparency and proper use of the bulletins. Beneficiaries in the redistribution of the unsafe cards of social, thermal tourism programs – excursions and theater are:
- All who were drawn and did not receive their cards until 30.8.2025
- All who applied for participation in the above programs and were not drawn up
Beneficiaries need to know what about social -thermal tourism and excursion programs are necessary requirements:
- the order of preference and
- The first choice in the application form
Indicative:
- In the event that the beneficiary had chosen the Social Tourism Program as a first choice, but was drawn in the excursion program and has not printed his card until 30/8/2025, he is allowed to participate in the priority order in the Social Tourism Program.
- In the event that a beneficiary had chosen the thermal tourism program as a first choice and was not drawn in any tourism program or drawn in the thermal or social or excursion program and has not printed his newsletter until 30/8/2025, he only participates in the Thermal Tourism Program.
- If, however, a beneficiary stated in the application for participation as his first preference for the excursion program and was drawn to it (whether or not his newsletter has printed), he may not participate in any priority in any program other than that of the excursion program.
For the Free Theater Ticket Program, the preference order in the application form does not affect participation in redistribution in order of priority.
Thus, all those who have applied for participation in the program can be included, including the drawers who did not receive their cards by 30/8/2025.
Receipt of Social – Thermal Tourism Bulletin:
In order for the beneficiaries to pick up the social -thermal tourism newsletters, they must take the following actions:
- Room booking in a tourist accommodation by posted on the OPECA website a list of affiliated tourist accommodation, which is requested to be sent to confirmation of the reservation (eg Voucher).
- From 4.9.2025 and from 12:00 onwards, registration of details, related to the reservation of the room (accommodation, residence interval) in the relevant electronic application, which is available in OPECA website by the beneficiaries themselves or through the KEP.
- Beneficiaries must come to the KEP on the same day after registering the room reservation in the electronic application of OPECA to receive their cards. Otherwise, the beneficiaries will lose their cards, which will be available again.
Beneficiaries receive bulletins in which the details of the tourist accommodation are listed. The bulletins apply only to the accommodation whose details are prestressed. Bulletin not bearing the business details of the business when printing by the KEP are considered invalid.
Also the bulletins are strictly personal And no other persons may be used, even if they are members of the beneficiary’s family.
For The Free Theater Ticket Programthe preference order in the application form does not affect the participation in redistribution in order of priority.
Therefore, all beneficiaries who applied for participation in the program can be participated, including the draws who did not receive their bulletins by 30/8/2025.
