THE OPAP Announcement today (18.7.2025) the acquisition of the remaining 15.51% of Stoiximan For a price of 191.6 million euros, now a corresponding net cash on the closing date of the transaction, increasing its percentage of 100% (full acquisition).
The investment further reinforces OPAP’s leadership position in Greece and Cyprus, while strengthening its strategic focus on the online market for sports betting and iGaming. OPAP initially invested in Stoiximan in 2018, recognizing its strong growth prospects, and gradually increasing its share through two additional transactions in 2020.
Today, Stoiximan is an undisputed leader of the rapidly growing online market, confirming OPAP’s choice to make this strategic investment in previous years.
Stoiximan will continue to be supported by Kaizen Gaming, through cutting -edge technology and differentiated products, ensuring uninterrupted customers, high reliability and innovation. The completion of the transaction is under the approval of the Cyprus regulatory authorities and is expected to be completed within the third quarter of 2025.
OPAP and Stoiximan will continue to operate independently as companies with distinct licenses, trademarks and administrative groups.
