It is recalled that the Jobmatch platform is an application of the DBA aimed at coupling between employer and employee in the catering and tourism sectors to fill the gaps in them and thus employment.
The employee, after downloading the Jobmatch 2.0 by Dypa app from the App Store or PlayStore and complete his profile, can shape his choices with the use of filters, such as: what professions he wants and can do, in what time, in what area in what range wages.
At the same time, businesses also have the Jobmatch Business 2.0 by Dypa application for mobile. So they can create their professional profile and immediately match the employee in their opening job, based on their business area, wage range and demand specialty.
According to the image of DBA until the middle of this month, only 11,259 out of 22,435 employment candidates were unemployed. In other words, the other half were already employed. However, they were looking for an alternative or second employment.
Working offers from the 4,073 employers who entered the Jobmatch platform amounted to 16,899.
The multitude of conjunctions between employers and workers amounted to 43,867, interviews between the two sides at 9,776, while workers’ alerts reached 66,543.
