According to the ESAKE update “… the Nikola Milutinov was one of his great protagonists Olympic In Game 4 of the finals with Panathinaikos Aktor. The Serbian center was the player with the highest number of ranking (25), reaching a combination of numbers almost forgotten for Olympiacos in a match that gave the title.
Milutinov had 11 points and 10 rebounds, numbers with which he was only the 3rd player in the history of Olympiacos who scored a double-double in a match that led the “reds” to the title. In fact he is the first to do it after the 90s since the last time this was done was 29 years ago.
Milutinov took the baton from Dragan Tarlac, who did it in Game 5 of the 1996 finals against Panathinaikos and had done so in the 1993 Game 4. Between the two Double-Double of Tarlac, in a match that gave Olympiacos, Game 5 of the 1994 finals with PAOK…
So the Serbian center’s double-double was the 4th that was a “red-white” player in a game that made them champions …
