OFI – Olympiacos 1-3: In the final of the Volleyball Cup the Piraeus

THE Olympic confirmed the title of absolute favorite in the first semifinal of the Greek Cup in volleyballprevailing with OFI 3-1. In the final the Piraeus will face the winner of the Panathinaikos – PAOK couple.

With Aleksandar Atanasievic being unstoppable in the attack and in the service, Olympiacos defeated OFI 3-1 and closed a final for the men’s Final Four.

The Reds, who took the first step in winning the 18th Cup of their history, took the first two sets with great ease, with the Cretans reducing with a stunning appearance in the third set to 2-1 and then submitting unconditionally to the superiority of Olympiacos.

Now, Olympiacos is waiting to find out his opponent in the Saturday final (29/03, 20:00) from the winner of the Panathinaikos – PAOK couple.

In its maiden participation in a Final Four of the Cup, the Cretan team won impressions in the third set, as well as experiences in view of the next major events.
