The program is effective from Friday (24.10.2025). North Evia Pass 2025with applications submitted through vouchers.gov.gr without income criteria, for two destinations and in two phases, with selection of beneficiaries through lottery and use of intangibles card for accommodation, dining and local transport.
The North Evia Pass 2025 program aims to support tourism activity in North Evia by subsidizing accommodation and consumption costs through a physical prepaid card.
The North Evia Pass 2025 covers two destinations: the Municipality of Istiaia-Edipsos and the Municipality of Mantoudi-Limni-Agia Anna. A total of 5,566 cards of 150 euros are planned, of which 2,783 for each municipality. The distribution takes place in two phases: 1,392 cards in Phase 1 and 1,391 cards in Phase 2 per municipality.
Applications are submitted digitally at vouchers.gov.gr with TaxisNet codes. Those interested register contact details, select a destination and the phase or phases of participation and submit a responsible declaration that they do not fall under the exclusion criteria.
There are no income criteria. Tax residents of Greece have the right to participate, as shown by the latest personal income tax settlement for the tax year 2024. Excluded are those who have their main residence in the two beneficiary municipalities or receive a corresponding benefit for the same period from another entity.
Final beneficiaries are selected by lottery and notified electronically. The aid is awarded through an immaterial prepaid card (e-wallet) that is used in businesses of the two destinations for accommodation, dining and local transport, with contactless transactions on compatible NFC devices.
The implementation of the program has been undertaken by a body under the supervision of the Ministry of Digital Governance, with the platform remaining open for the submission of applications digitally and through KEP.
