Nikos Androulakis attributed full responsibility to Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis for the OPEKEPE scandal.
Opening the discussion at the PASOK-KINAL Political Center meeting in Harilaou Trikoupi, Mr. Androulakis asked three questions to the prime minister.
