In a full -length interview with MEGA, PASOK President, Nikos Androulakisshe was raised on critical news issues, launching fierce criticism of the government for her handling of Palestinian, the announcement of changes in civil servants’ permanence and the case of the Tempe tragedy.
For the Palestinian: “Delayed and under pressure from the government’s attitude”
Mr Androulakis described Gaza’s issue as the top of the days, criticizing the government for the stance it has taken. He argued that her recent initiative does not negate the previous, in his view, a lack of serious attitude. He stressed that Greece is traditionally identified with international law and human rights, expressing a question about the different approach to Palestinian. While acknowledging the need for Hamas dislocation, it criticized the tolerance of thousands of dead civilians and Greece’s delay to join the initiatives of other European countries. He claimed that the recent change of the government’s cruise was due to the pressure of the opposition and the Greek people, describing it as an attempt to “gather things too late” and inviting any civilized European people to support the immediate cessation of “ethnic cleansing”.
For the removal of permanence in the State: “Hypocrisy Fire”
Regarding the prime ministerial announcements for revision of the article on the removal of state permanentness, the PASOK president described them as a “fireworks who pops up and writes hypocrisy”. He accused the government that, despite the six years of governance and the laws he voted on for meritocracy, 80% of the sectors and directors in the State remain party choices. He said the government has “championships” in the invitations. He argued that the existing legal framework is already providing procedures for losing the job for civil servants for a wide range of reasons beyond theft, as long as the state operates effectively. He concluded that the prime ministerial announcement is yet another “firework”, similar to the University Police, with the aim of disorienting the failure of existing laws.
For Tempe: “ND incomprehensible, I see deal Mitsotaki-Karamanlis”
Referring to PASOK’s proposal to set up a pre -trial committee for Kostas Karamanlis in the Tempe case, Mr. Androulakis opposed New Democracy’s allegations that his party did not study the case file. He cited the criminal prosecutions brought by Mr Bakaimis under the ministry of the Ministry under Article 291, wondering if they were for mere theft of material, given the tragic report of 57 dead. He accused the ND of “provocations” and “incomprehensible stance”, noting that he did not hear the prime minister clarify his party’s position on the investigation. He expressed the view that the debate on a misdemeanor or felony is a “intra -party bazaar of the ND”, implying a “deal between Mr Mitsotakis and K. Karamanlis”. Finally, he recalled ND’s negative attitude to investigating criminal responsibilities when requested by the European Prosecutor.
