The entry of strong young people shareholder to Premia Properties has been announced by the President of the Company and its main shareholder, Elias Georgiadis. As he announced, the Sklavenitis family, Yiannis Antetokounbos and George Daskalakis will participate in the share capital increase on Monday (21.7.25) – and will exceed 40m euros.
AEAP’s shareholding is enhanced through a private placement, with Elias Georgiadis stressing that “the AMK book opens on Monday and will be 40 million euros in cash, which have already been secured”. Of the 40m euros, Swedish Sterner Stenhus, also a key shareholder of Premia Properties, will participate with € 8m, Swedish investor Erik Selin with 12m and Norwegian businessman Petter Stordalen, head of the Strawberry Group, with € 6.5m.
The new shareholders are the names of Yiannis Antetokounbos, who invests 3.3m euros through his interest in the Sklavenitis family through the Amika SA investment with 3m euros and George Daskalakis, founder of Stoiximan and CEO of Kaizen Gaming.
The entry of the three new investors also gives the Premia Properties, which continues to boost its investment footprint in the real estate industry.
