Indicatively, it is stated that under the new working bill of Mrs Kerameos, the recruitment announcement is completed with a single document, instead of four, and the employer’s obligation to keep the employer in printed documents kept electronically and attach unnecessary records to ERGANI II.
The same bill provides that the current framework that allows work up to 13 hours per day in 2 or more employers, is also provided in the case of an employer, with the same conditions of rest and overtime surcharges.
