‘Serious questions arise’
“Serious questions for a close associate of PASOK President Nikos Androulakis, who intervened in order to delete an amount of 400,000 euros, arise from the deposition of his former president OPECEPE Gregory Varra ”reports her sources ND and add:
“Answering a question by ND MP Dionysis Aktipis, the witness confirmed that Moschos Korasidis his old executive PASOKas a posted OPEKEPE employee at the PASOK Political Bureau Odysseus Konstantinopoulos, appears to have been promoting to the attorney of George and Athanasiou Miaoura by email by justifying his alleged refusals. Specifically, on July 8, 2020 (nine years after the start of the case), four executives of the Organization receive an email by the two farmers’ attorney of the two farmers who have been fined 400,000 euros unnecessary by SDOE Katerini and OPEKEPE.
“The strange thing in the whole affair” adds the sources of the fellowship, “is that the objections of the attorney of the” Miaura case “had been sent by Mr. Korasidis’ email the night before, at 7 July 2020 at 10.34pm”.
They even note that “one year after the intervention of Korasidis, who is currently a close associate of PASOK – KINAL President, Mr. N. Androulakis and advises him on agricultural issues (!), A secondary committee is set up to resolve the difference of 400,000 euros, despite the fact that he was in 2011.
Subsequently, according to the former OPECEPE President Evangelos Simandrakos, who is also moving in the PASOK area, he forbade the legal service from exercising civil action and presented himself in order to get rid of – as he did – the accusations. The accusations were for forgery and a distinguished fraud that the European Public Prosecutor’s Office had attributed.
Mr Varra’s confirmation (according to which he also carried out a disciplinary check on Mr Korasidis) that Mr Korasidis had intervened to dispel a “green” case that has been damaged by the Greek state for almost one million euros, requires answers to both the “protagonists” as well as its “protagonists”.
