In the coming July (12-20) the Young Men’s National It will participate in the Eurobasket U20 to be hosted in Heraklion, Crete.
Today (27.05.2025), the EEC announced the calls of Kostas Papadopoulos to the “blue -white”. On the list of National Youth are all the new big “stars” of Greek basketball, such as Neocles Avdalas, Alexandros Samondourov, Stefanos Spartalis, Lefteris Liotopoulos and Benjamin Abosi.
The first stage of Greece’s preparation will take place in Heraklion and then followed by the friendly. The first two tests will be given to Vladichislavovo against Poland on June 15 and 16.
It will be followed by the Domegge Di Cadore tournament in Italy with the participation of the hostess, Greece, Germany and Italy. The curtain of the preparation races will fall in Heraklion with two matches with Iceland on July 6 and 7.
At Eurobasket, the Youth National Youth will face Lithuania (12/7), the Czech Republic (13/7) and Romania (14/7) in its group. All teams qualify for the group, and intersect with other groups according to the ranking.
