Doctors, through the application myhealthdoc (https://doctor.ehealthRecord.gov.gr) have access to their patients’ medical history, facilitating the provision of personalized health services. They can see patient diagnoses, surgery, laboratory and imaging tests, vaccinations, allergies, medication, including previous measurements at vital spots, such as temperature, pulse, breathing rate and blood pressure, to form a patient. In addition, the application allows physicians to complement the individual, family and social (eg sports, nutrition, smoking) history of the patient, to enter a visit with an immediate interconnection with the electronic prescription system and to monitor the development of their health care.
