Specifically Special Eligibility of Property for Disabled. For beneficiaries who are disabled with at least 67%, or have dependent children with disabilities with the same percentage, the year of construction of eligible property is expanded by 31.12.2020, instead of 2007 in force. Eligibility is documented through the details of the Disability Certification Center (KEPA) or other competent authorities. This arrangement aims to meet the particular housing needs of these beneficiaries, allowing the selection of houses that meet the specifications of the new building regulation and provide improved accessibility.
The power decision is extended. The period of validity of the approval of affiliation is extended by an additional 60 days to facilitate the completion of the procedures until the conclusion of the loan agreement. This extension is considered necessary to deal with practical difficulties such as signing definitive contracts that do not depend on beneficiaries or intermediate financial institutions.
