Mr Tsoukalas do we have democracy or not?

THE Kostas Tsoukalas He spoke Mitsotakis regime. I ask: It means that the system of governance today is similar to the 1967-1974 dictatorship status in Greece?

Do institutions (House, Justice, Independent Authorities) operate more formally than essentially?
Do we have a restriction on press freedom and censorship?

When a politician says “Mitsotakis regime” he does not formally describe the state but attempts to give the opponent the image of a leader who rules in an arbitrary, almost monarchical way.
It is, in my view, a rhetorical weapon that makes the listener think “this is not a normal democracy”.
Is it so Mr. Tsoukala?
