The second major parameter which can in no way be ignored is the domestic added value. The country has spent tens of billions on weapons systems without collecting the reciprocal benefit to build a robust domestic defense industry.
Its basic philosophy is about integrating new technologies and how military operations change. Unmanned vehicles, wandering ammunition, systematic utilization of AI, emphasis on cyber -defense. These are philosophies that need to be exploited. We should not only rely on new Bellhara or 20+20 next generation fighters but they must also be enriched by new technologies as the war taught us in Ukraine
