With children and members of the humanitarian organization Kids Save Lives, who have been trained to assist in emergencies as first in response and to provide cardiopulmonary rejuvenation (CPR), Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis met on Holy Tuesday at Maximos Palace.
The organization has trained 490,000 students since 2010, with a focus on the last classes of elementary and high school-high schools, parents and teachers, covering about one in two schools in the territory. Addressing the educated children of Kids Save Lives, Kyriakos Mitsotakis noted that “in our minds we can link this process to someone who has a relationship with medicine, but we must explain in simple words that anyone can learn this. We have done a significant job to improve the response time of EKAB.
