Dimitris Kirikiroglou, Secretary General of Communication and Information:
Graduate of the National School of Public Administration and a PhD candidate in European Governance at the NCSR. He holds postgraduate degrees in European Studies, International Law and Strategic Administration of Organizations. He has served as Secretary General of Public Administration, Press Director at the Ministry of Maritime, Director of the Deputy Minister of Foreign Minister and in staff positions in AADE.
Giannis Papadomarkakis, Secretary General of Primary, Secondary Education and Special Education:
Diploma in Polytechnic Chemical Engineer, Graduate of the School of Pedagogical Technical School (SELEETE of Athens), and holder of a Masters and Doctoral Degree at the University of the Aegean. He has served for 36 years in the field of education, at secondary and higher education level, and since 2023 he has been Deputy Regional Director of South Aegean Education. He is the author of books, a wealth of scientific articles and pedagogical material approved by the Institute of Educational Policy.
Christina-Maria Kravari, General Secretariat for Public Health:
He is a retired fellow and has served as the head of the Ministry of Climate Crisis and Civil Protection from March 2020 to April 2025. He graduated in 2012 as a Lieutenant General from the School of Nursing Officers and worked until 2020 at 251 Aviation General Hospital. He holds a Masters Degree in Social and Preventive Medicine and Quality in Health Care specializing in “Prevention & Public Health” by the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and has completed the courses of the two -year Executive MSc curriculum. Health Economics, Policy & Management at London School of Economics (LSE).
Stelios Sakaretsios, Secretary General of Transport:
He was president of the Hellenic Land Registry from September 2023 to the present, at a time when the cadastre reached 39% to 65%. Previously, he served as Head of Digital Operations at the Hellenic Development Bank (HDB) and in the private sector as a business consultant. He is a graduate of the Department of Business Organization and Management of the University of Piraeus and holds a master’s degree in digital innovation and start -up entrepreneurship, from the National Technical University of Athens and the University of the Aegean.
Despina Paliarouta, Secretary General of Energy and Raw Materials:
Mechanical engineer with many years of experience in project management mainly in production and supply chain. Graduate NTUA (2011), MSc (Environmental Engineer and Business Administration) from Imperial College London and MBA from the Athens University of Economics and Business. He has taken responsibility for companies in Greece and abroad. Since August 2024, he has been Secretary General of Transport at the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport.
Spyros Protopsaltis, Secretary General of Rural Development and Food:
He has worked for 24 years in the US as Associate Professor and Director of the George Mason University Educational Policy Center, Deputy Secretary General of the US Department of Education (during the Barack Obama presidency), senior policy adviser to the President of the Committee of Health Colorado Jared Polis in the Education and Labor Committee of the House of Representatives in Washington. Since 2019 he has served as Governor and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Public Employment Service and since 2022 as President of the National Labor Skills Council. He has also served as President and First Vice -President of the European Network of Public Employment Services and National Coordinator for the European Skills Year. He is a graduate of the Athens College and holds a degree with a degree from the University of Northeastern in Boston, a Masters from New York New School University and a doctorate from the University of Colorado in Denver.
Antonis Filippis, Secretary General of Rural Policy and International Relations:
Economist, studying in international economic and postgraduate specialization in economic policy and development. He worked as a scientific associate in Parliament for the preparation and monitoring of public policies related to trade and agricultural development. He is a PhD candidate in the Department of Economics of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens on the management of public debt. Since October 2024 he is President of the Hellenic Agricultural Organization DIMITRA.
Argyro Zervas, Secretary General of Union Resources and Infrastructure of the Ministry of Rural Development and Food:
Rural Surveying Engineer of the NTUA, with many years of experience in the management of NSRF projects and in the implementation of large infrastructure projects. He has worked in construction companies in Greece and abroad. Since 2007 he has been serving in MAA SA, with the aim of managing NSRF projects. He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Land Registry (2019–2023) and the Director of the Office of the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Rural Development and Food (2021-2023). Since 2023 she has been the Director of Special Service at the NSRF National Coordination Authority.
Charalambos Migdalis, Special Secretary of Hydraulic Works and Buildings of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport:
NTUA Civil Engineer, Diploma of the Imperial College in “Soil Mechanics and Environmental Geotechnics” (DIC), Postgraduate Degree (M.Sc) of the University of London. He has been General Manager of Projects at Building Infrastructure SA (2021 to date), a supervising engineer in port infrastructure, road, plumbing (2007-2021) and from 2000 to 2007 he worked in the private sector. He has been an elected member of the delegation of the Technical Chamber of Greece since 2016 with a term of office to the TEE Board of Directors. (2019-2021).
