The new organization of the world Federation athletics the World Athletics Ultimate Championship will start in 2026 from Budapest (September 11-13) and the Miltos Tendoglou has already secured his participation ticket.
Miltos Tedoglou will definitely be there because of the gold medal at the 2024 Paris Olympics, World Athletics announced. Emmanuel Karalis and Elina Jengo will claim their presence through the Diamond League or because of their position in the ranking.
This particular event concerns the top athletes of each athletic event and a total of 10,000,000 dollars will be distributed to the winners. The winner of each event will receive $150,000.
The qualification criteria for the Ultimate Championship
- 1st place from the Paris Olympics in 2024
- 1st place from the World Athletics Championships in Tokyo in 2025
- Win the 2026 Diamond League Final in Brussels
- From the position in the world ranking from September 2, 2025 to September 1, 2026
