The country’s course
The overwhelming percentage of citizens believes that the country is moving in the wrong direction as a whole. Specifically, 63% of respondents believe this, while 30% think they are moving towards the right one.
Precision, this scourge
According to the poll, accuracy and the general financial situation are the main sources of social discontent, gaining the highest rate of negative views (30% and 26% respectively). Following is the institutions crisis, which also records a significant rate of dissatisfaction (9%). In fact, it is also mentioned in the demographic, at 4%.
Prime Minister’s evaluation
The majority of respondents (67%) express negative opinion on the prime minister, while only 28% have a positive view. Despite the slight improvement that is observed compared to the previous poll, the overall picture remains negative, suggesting that citizens’ dissatisfaction has not fallen significantly.
“Black” in PASOK and Androulakis
Despite the strong dissatisfaction with the government for the government, Metron Analysis’s poll reveals an even more negative climate for PASOK and Nikos Androulakis as an official opposition.
The majority of citizens (78%) continue to express negative opinion on how PASOK is politicized, while positive opinions are limited to a small percentage (14%).
Tempi
Regarding the tragedy in Tempi, a strikingly large proportion of respondents, reaching 70%, says it has already formed a clear picture of the circumstances of the accident and the distribution of responsibilities.
The generation … of the apolitical?
A strong example of the crisis of political representation we are going through is reflected in the question. It is noteworthy that an important majority of participants, in particular 58%, expresses the feeling that they are not fully identified with any of the existing political formations. Similarly, only 42% of respondents say that a party is essentially expressing them.
This situation suggests that a large part of the electorate comes to the polls and supports parties without feeling complete identification with their positions or ideology, making choices more convenient or based on “not optimal”. The sense of this distance is particularly intense among citizens who identify itself in the center -left and central political arena. On the contrary, voters placed in the center -right, which are also the basic New Democracy support tank, are more confident that there is a political space that sufficiently represents them.
The intention of voting
The New Democracy records a mild improvement in voting intention, rising to 22.6% from a previous measurement of 20.9%. PASOK has a slight increase in its rates, reaching almost the same level as freedom. The Communist Party of Greece (KKE) seems to be tied to the Greek solution, which is bending over the preferences. On the contrary, SYRIZA continues its downward course, with its rates receding below the 5%threshold.
The voting estimate
According to a poll voting assessment by Metron Analysis, New Democracy has a dynamic re -establishment of its voters, with its percentage estimated at 30.2%. This percentage is improved compared to previous measurements and exceeds the outcome of the recent European elections, however, it remains significantly lower than the level that would secure an autonomous government.
In the competition for second place, the situation remains fluid, with PASOK raising 14% and the freedom navigation to breathing with 14.2%. Correspondingly, for third place, the KKE with 8.7% and the Greek solution with 8.6% are fighting a marginal battle.
Of particular interest is the prediction of which additional parties will be able to exceed the 3%electoral limit, a factor that directly affects the bar of self -reliance. The Metron Analysis poll estimates that victory will secure its entry into the House, as well as marginally, the Democracy Movement under Stefanos Kasselakis. On the contrary, the voice of logic, on the day25 and the new left do not seem to exceed the limit, with their performance ranging to the levels of their results in the European elections.
