OR METRO (My Market and Metro Cash & Carry), on the occasion of Mother’s Day on May 11announces that he continues to support the family institution for the third consecutive year, offering substantial assistance to the workers her wish to become parents. In collaboration with the Be-Live non-profit organization, the company fully undertakes the cost of treatment of assisted reproduction for three other pairs of employees.
To date, two healthy babies have been born through the program, and other families of workers are waiting for the birth of their new family member. Each year the interest is increased and employees have already expressed their interest before the official announcement of the program, which confirms the great value and weight of this action to enhance the institution of the family.
Interested employees can apply electronically through the Be-Live website (www.be-live.gr). The three couples are selected with complete transparency and based on medical, social and economic criteria set by the organization.
A basic prerequisite for participation is one of the two spouses to belong to the company’s human resources, while each employee/employee from all over Greece can register. The whole process is carried out with complete confidentiality and respect for the personal data of the participants.
