SEBE called on the state to take immediate action and proposed specific measures to meet these challenges: among other things, using European tools such as the new framework for state aid for clean industry, ensuring access to funding to all, facing the demographic problem with integrated policies and modernization.

The reduction of VAT per rate on electronic transactions was proposed, from 24% to 21%, from 13% to 11% and from 6% to 5%, while reducing bank charges.

in food and energy at 6% and parallel to high VAT from 24% to 15%,
-Comance of craft buildings from the obligation to pay ENFIA.
