The Grand Sport is reviving and we are learning more and more information about the new child of Maserati. Like for example how it will bring a V8 engine that will be manufactured by Ferrari in Maranello and will be based on the 4.7 liter and 454 horsepower engine that supplies the GranTourismo Sport. Since the exchange of know-how is now a common phenomenon in the Fiat group, it is expected to use materials that will also carry the Alfa Romeo 4C, with the low-weight carbon fiber monocoque being a common element. It is no coincidence that Alfa and the company based in Modena and bearing the trident brand, have the same head – Harald Wester.
