In detail the post of government spokesman:
Today the Council of State has put its stamp on a historical reform. For decades, Greece has missed opportunities to take a meaningful and self -evident step towards progress. Because of the sterile refusal, the obsessions and the political forces, thousands of students and families were not only deprived of an opportunity, but a right.
A year ago, the government of Kyriakos Mitsotakis made, in the term of Kyriakos Pierrakakis at the Ministry of Education, the first big and decisive step. Greece in 2025, however, like Greece of the new decade for which we are methodically working, does not guide the parodies and outdated perceptions of the past. On the contrary, it has as a compass those policies that will continue to strengthen the strong position it has gained thanks to the sacrifices of the Greek people, as well as the reforms with which we have already restored the country’s international prestige.
For all of us who have experienced the long path of claiming from university amphitheaters to the legislation of this reform, today’s day is a day of justification and responsibility to continue to give true political answers to the real needs of the citizens.
